Rash on legs

Hi, I have noticed a rash made up of small red spots on my thighs and inner legs this morning. They are also a little itchy. I am slightly concerned because I went for a massage yesterday and am worried I might have caught something infectious while there. I lay on a towel. The rash is on both legs and is contained to the inner thighs.

Hello~Maybe the massage therapist used a type of oil that you are allergic too, but, I would think you would have a rash all over it that was the case.

I would watch them for a few days and if they don't go away, see your GP.

Hello. Thank you for your response. I went to a walk in centre because the spots were getting worse and we're beginning to have whitehead like puss.
They diagnosed it as folliculitis and have given me some antibiotic cream.
