Reoccurring Chest pain spreads to left arm, what could it be?

Hi, so I’m 18 year old girl with perfect BMI and body weight. I’ve been having reoccurring chest pain in which spreads to my left arm every few days. Pain is very mild but it’s there- is that something I should get checked? What could it be? Also have a small bone bump on my chest rib case if that has some effect.

Well, it would be unlikely given your age and what sounds to be good health that you are having symptoms of a Myocardial infarction but we can't say that for sure. So, you probably need to go ahead and get checked out.  Are you under a lot of stress right now?

Not since I finished my exams in May. Haven’t felt exactly stressed since. I thought a myocardial infarction was a sudden pain tho- can symptoms slowly build up over weeks?
Heart problems can go completely unnoticed, until they are.  But it's very unlikely you're having them.  But it wouldn't hurt to see.  From what you're describing, it sounds more like you have an injury, possibly to the rib cage.  Did you do anything that might have tweaked something?  But again, it doesn't hurt to get it checked out.
