Liver and kidneys contain lots of iron and dark green vegetables.  Cereals are fortified with iron.  Folic acid helps the body to absorb the iron.  Did the doctor give your daughter any iron tablets to take?

Having heavy periods will cause the anaemia.

It depends on what type of worms and parasites are in the body.
Some can cause lots of problems with fever and severe illness.
This is why it is very important to wash all fruit and veg before eating and wash the hands before eating food and after using the toilet.

I did realise from one of your previous posts that you were likely to be in India.  I do not know how safe your water is to drink straight from the tap or well, if there is any suspicion, then you should boil the water before using it.

Sometimes, regardless which country you live in, children can pick up a parasite from dog faeces called Toxicara.
Threadworms can be picked up very easily and can cause stomach problems if there is a large infestation.  The typical symptom for threadworms is an itchy bottom and especially at night time.  A thread worm would sometimes be visible in the faeces.  They look like thin white threads - hence the name.

As you have mosquitos in your country with the possibility of carrying malaria, it would be a good idea to check for that.  Ask your daughter if she remembers being stung or playing anywhere and getting scratched.  Bacteria and some parasites can enter into the blood stream from a puncture wound on the skin.  I got a very small scratch by a cat and got a bacterial infection from that and suffered with fever and spots as a reaction to the bacteria.

Hope you get to the bottom of the problem so that she can be treated appropriately and wish her a speedy recovery.

I am from India and i take care that she gets balanced diet. She has no loss of weight or appetite. Though her menstrual cycle started  like 6 months ago and she had bleeding for almost 3 weeks first time. and every month since then it lasts for seven days minimum. That is what doctor said is the cause of iron deficiency. I didn't get her stool test done though.I will get it done. There is a possibility that she could have been bit my mosquito .I got her blood test done for malaria. Can worms/parasites be the cause of fever?.

The iron deficiency will be the cause of her fatigue.  And because she is not eating properly, she is not getting the nutrients, minerals and vitamins her body needs to function properly.

When you see the doctor, I do hope that he will arrange for a blood test to find any abnormality so that her condition can be treated properly.

Has she ever been stung, bitten or digested any thing that may have caused her to have parasites?  It may be worth getting her stools checked too to rule any bacterial problems in her bowels.  I do not know which country you live in, is there any likelihood of her being stung by a mosquito or other nasty bugs?

Best wishes.

Pulmocef is an antibiotic.

Even though your daughter may not feel like eating much, make sure that she is drinking plenty of juices so that she does not become dehydrated.

Wishing her a speedy recovery.

Best wishes.

You must take your daughter to the Hospital as soon as possible.

It is highly likely that the typhoid bacteria either was not eradicated or she has been reinfected.

He urgently needs to be treated with antibiotics.

Make sure that hygiene levels are high and ensure that everyone washes their hands before eating any food.  If you are not sure of the safety of the water you drink, make sure that it is boiled before drinking.

Wishing her a speedy recovery.  Do not wait, get her seen to straight away.

You should consult with a physician. You may need to take her to an infectious disease specialist. Her pcp should be able to refer her and may get her in quicker or take her to the ER and ask they refer her. I would definitively do this ASAP. I hope everything turns out ok. Please keep me posted.
