There is no way to tell if you are pregnant unless you take a test. A virus can give you the same symptoms.. Buy a pregnancy test from your local drug store and follow the directions. If the results are negative, repeat the test in 2 weeks. If you still do not get your period see an OB/GYN for an examination, and if you still feel sick see a family practice doctor to examine you for virus, cold, infection, etc. OR BETTER YET JUST GO STRAIGHT TO THE OB/GYN. You need to discuss your irregularity, your pregnancy concern, get checked for an ovarian cyst, or any other problem you may have. Store bought pregnancy tests are not always accurate. If you want to know for sure see an OB/GYN for a urine/blood pregnancy test.

So why not just get yourself a pregnency test and seehow it goes, but if its ok then get yourself down to the doctors and get on the birth control pill as this should help sort out your cycles.
Good Luck and hope things are OK
