Giddy ~~~ Pouding in my head ~~~

Hi , for the past 2 weeks i feels "beatings" in my head and at the same time i feels giddy . How can i recover from these symptoms ? Initially i had headache too but it is gone  by then .

No just go and tell your symptoms. In all probability all this will be looked into. Otherwise it may be something else too as on net a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given. See what the doctor tells and then if need be discuss these possibilities. Hope this helps. Take care.

So i just visit a doctor and tell him my symptoms or should i suggets to him i may have an ear infection or pinched ccervical nerve?

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Get your blood pressure checked, it is either too high or too low. The other possibility is an ear infection. Consult an ENT.  It can also be a pinched cervical nerve. A chiropractor can help you with this. You need to get this evaluated first by your PCP.
