Severe Abdomen pain with for a 24 -36 hours before it calms down

I am facing this issue from last 17 years.  I am 40 years old in a perfect health otherwise with doing exercise, dance regularly. With no apparent reason, All of sudden my tummy start hurting( in the middle) and keep coming and going every 2-3 mins.  This pain is unbearable and last up to 30 hours where I can not eat, throw up and finally it recedes by its own. I had every possible test from many Internal Medicine doctors like Endoscopy, CT Scan, X Ray etc but no one is able to diagnose why this happens and what is the cure? Sharing on this forum in case anyone has faced similar issue

This is a good chart and might help you narrow it down when talking to your doctor. I'd be wondering if it's irritable bowel.
