Severe Pain in toes, foot, and knee.

I have a callus looking thing on the outside of my small toe and a knot on the inside between my other toe. I have had these for sometime but, now I am expereincing pain in my foot and knee as well. I can't get up in my foot and leg without severe pain. I have also been expereincing stinging in my foot and leg. I buy shoes often because my feet hurt so bad. I have also been using dividers between my toes to releive the pain and shock but, that does not work anymore. Suggestions please.
Thank you

You need an immediate visit to an emergency room to rule out osteomyelitis, a life-threatening bone infection that often starts in the toe. The bones in the toes are very close to the skin. This is usually a problem with diabetics. Diagnosis involves an immediate x-ray, and then an MRI if there are abnormalities. If this is the case you are in danger or losing your leg. This means now. Not tomorrow or after you make an appointment with your physician three weeks from now.

Are they like blisters or corns? If corns then I suggest that you soak your feet and then shave off the dead skin after massaging it. If it's blisters just try to bandage it until it gets better. A callus is formed over time, first it starts out like a blister but over time and after to much pressure and friction. I hope you get to feeling better, I also hope it helps you.
