Severe intestinal pain

My 10 yr old daughter has been experiencing severe abdominal pain across right above pelvic area under the belly button level. She had all sorts of blood test, stool tests done to eliminate diseases like IBS, crohn's, celiac's, had a CT scan to rule out appendix, everything came out negative, we saw a pediatric gastrointestinal specialist who suggested she might have spasms in her bowels and put her on Bentol 10mg, we modified her diet etc. still she is in constant "stubbing like pain". (she is normally a very happy child, loves going to school)
Please HELP

Hello,

There are a few more possibilities which I think need evaluation. These include intestinal obstruction, mesenteric lymphadenitis, volvolus, kidney or urinary causes, uterine or ovarian causes in girls(esp dysmenorrheal, hematocolopos, Mittelschmerz),porphyria and sickle cell anemia.Pls discuss them with your daughter’s doctor whether they have been explored or not.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
