Severe kidney or bladder pain every two weeks

I noticed for the past two months I will get lower abdominal pain that feels like menstrual cramps that then radiate to the lower right side of my back. The pain intensifies into stabbing shooting pain and I can barely breathe or move. Then I will become very nauseous and vomit. When I do, the pain fades. Its literally every two weeks! What is this?? Someone please advise I'm worried.

Is this just on one side? You definitely need to go see your doctor for an evaluation. There are several things that could be responsible for this. It is in the middle of the stomach around belly area, severe back pain and feels like throwing up. I am doing my annual exams every year and last one was in Feb 2022.  I have discussed my case with at least 3-4  top internal medicine doctors who did number of procedures but no luck so far. thx for your help

I went and had a bladder ultrasound, CT scan of abdomen, and urine sample. All came back normal. At this rate, I am due for another attack tomorrow or Saturday!! I am getting worried!
