Severe stomach cramps

I have occasional stomach cramps it lasts about 20-30 minutes per attack happening several times per week but lately daily. It usually is in my lower quadrant of my abdomen on my center to left side. I break out in sweat as I sit on the toilet thinking I need to use the toilet. I can hear gurgling in my stomach and occasionally have gas. Some times it is accompanied by diarrhea, sometimes not. When I feel like I go to the bath room I feel as though I am giving birth through my back side. But it rarely is rock solid. Sometimes it feel as as though I have torn my rectal area as I can see blood on but not in my stool. After about 20-30 minutes the attack subsides and I am left exhausted. Then the pain disappears however my stomach muscles are tender. I wonder if I have colitis or Cohn's. I definitely see these symptoms.

I'm afraid your symptoms are common to several lower GI illnesses including:
Ulcerative  Colitis
Cohn's disease
Diverticulitis
Microscopic Colitis
Irritable Bowel Disease
Colio-rectal cancer
Do you see what I'm saing? There is absolutely no way that this is going to be sorted without your have a colonoscopy and that quite urgently. Good luck.
