Shaky and weak

Hello,
I am a 22 year old female and for the last few weeks I have been extremely shaky to a point where i cannot control the shakes. The shakes are mainly in my hands, however my body has felt very weak as well. Yesterday morning i couldnt lift my arms up without forcing my right arm to feel less numb and able to use it to lift my left arm. I recently gave up meat but was feeling this way prior to giving it up. I am a smoker, and i work two jobs and work a lot. My one job is a bartender which could explain the numbness of my arms, but im starting to worry a lot. I feel nauseous, especially in the morning and again my shaky hands are almost uncontrollable.

As the above poster mentioned you need to have basic labs drawn and then go from there.  Sounds suspicious of a blood sugar problem or a neuro issue.

I would recommend getting medical attention ASAP; don't go another week.

What is your other job?

Any issues with blood sugar?   Taking any meds?   Any health issues?

You will need labs drawn.  Could be something like your thyroid.  Take care!
