Shot in the Dark

I am a 40 year old female, 5 children, with GAD (controlled by meds). I am 5'4" and 195# (obviously overweight).  In the last year, I have been experiencing several odd symptoms and so far, the doctor cannot find anything wrong. I have several gastrointestinal issues including chronic diarrhea but I will be going to a gastrologist very soon. My issue is primarily chronic sleepiness, breathlessness, headaches, and chest pains. I was diagnosed with a premature atrial contraction but the echocardiogram showed nothing else. I had a sleep study done and they found nothing. But the fact is, I can sleep anywhere and anytime and have lost control of it a couple times. The sleep test eliminated narcolepsy and apnea. The chest pains are on the middle and right side of my chest and creep into my shoulder. I have a strong immune system, so I doubt it is autoimmune. I am at a loss...the dr is too. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thanks!
