Should I Be Concerned About Petechiae?

Hi
I noticed a number of tiny blood spots on my arms a year ago in the gym. These spots were also all over my stomach and chest and back but they are not largely obvious without a torch or light .
At the time I was taking naproxen for a foot problem .
Shortly after a couple of my fingers swelled up
and I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis.
My liver function and full blood count are done monthly due to taking methotrexate.
I continue to notice the odd new tiny random blood spot.
My doctor has said they are petechia and nothing to worry about and possibly a link to my inflammation and getting older (39)
Should I be concerned ?
Thanks

I don't know, but I've always had a ton of them as I've gotten older.  I don't personally care about them, I think they are broken blood vessels or something like that, but it's just not something I worry about and doctors have said they are benign.

Thank you for replying
I do agree but it’s just slightly disturbing to keep finding new ones
I find new ones all the time.  Then I ignore them.
