I have dark brown/black round circle patches over my arms and elbows and more of them keep growing around that area and sometimes get bigger over time. what could this be?

could be lots of things. maybe fungal, which is common on elbows. Do you spend a lot of time in the sun? Or did you in the past? Age spots? many many possibilities
