So many symptoms...

Where to begin... around mid September 2017 I started to get this "tired" sensation in my right eye. Occasionally I noticed the vision in it would get a little blurry. Almost felt like there was pressure behind it. Had full external/internal exam, eye was totally fine. Eye doctor said maybe it's migraines. Around this time, started to feel like a neck "spasm" with severe pain. But the muscles weren't stiff. Headache would start in neck, come up to base of skull and wrap around head. Extremely painful to even bend head forward or backward. Would feel like muscles were twitching in my temples. Was referred to neurologist, who also said sounded like migraine with aura. Was given migraine meds but they did nothing for me. Progressively started to notice pain in my arms and legs, as well as tingling and pain in my fingers and toes. Sometimes I even felt unsteady on my feet. Was given a brain and neck MRI, both showed nothing. Issues persisted so by mid-December my primary care suggested I take Celexa, fearing anxiety. Around this same time I also saw a chiropractor for relief. At that point my symptoms became VERY aggressive. I started to get muscle twitches/stiffness in my shoulder, chest, arms, abs, ankles, back and calves. I had been on Celexa 4 weeks and quit it cold turkey because I felt so awful. (I've been off it for more than a month now) My symptoms seemed to get worse, to the point where I also started to get muscle twitches in random parts of my body whenever I would bend my head forward or back. One night I had pain so bad I ended up in ER. Blood work and everything came back normal (including negative for both Lyme screens). They did a CT scan of my brain and neck. Again nothing. Was referred to a new neurologist. He ordered a full CT scan with IV contrast from my waist up. Other than a couple of kidney stones (which I know I make), everything in my body looked great. In fact doctors were stunned by how good the scan looked. After that, they administered an MRI of my mid and low back. Other than a *tiny* herniation right at the bottom of the lumbar region, that too looked great. Again, the doctors can't square how good I look internally with how awful I feel physically. Nevertheless, my symptoms have persisted. The most disturbing is the twitching when bending my head forward or backward. I also have started to get random tastes in my mouth at times. My neck makes a crackling noise on the lower left side when I turn my head. They are considering doing a "flexion MRI" on the head and neck to see if there is some type of cervical cord compression/damage, but they say that's highly unlikely given how good all my other scans have looked. What is happening to me? Did I have a latent injury and the chiropractor made it worse? Has Celexa screwed me up for life?
