Tightness in chest, contstipation, numbess in face, gerd?

Lots going on here! I'm 22 years old. Today is tuesday. On thursday, I started experiencing what i thought was acid reflux, and my chest was tight in the center. small "burps" kept coming up as well. I have never been able to force myself to burp, but every now and then small burps would come up. On Saturday, the burping sensation stopped, yet the chest pain was still consistent.
Chest pain has been consistent from Thursday - today (Tuesday). Today at 1:30 I experienced numbness on right side: teeth, hard palate, lips (top and bottom), tongue, and cheek (all right side only). This lasted for 2 hours, and hasn't been back since.

I have also been constipated since Friday. Barely pooped hard pellets on Friday.
I am concerned if the numbness might have been associated with stress/anxiety? Senior in college in speech path.
Chest pain feels more anterior, and it feels like there has been a potato chip lodged at the base of my esophagus.
