Sore lymph node on left side of next but no swelling

Hi . M 32 yr female. Few weeks back i.e 3 i got sore lyumph node on the left side of my neck , behind the ear and it goes down to the neck . Then i got sore throat on the left side . These symptoms comes and goes. In the morning when i get up sysmptoms n soreness is not there and then comes during the day.... i went to the ENT specialist he said i dont hAve sore throat i have sinus problem . He gave me some antibiotics, nasal spray, sinus medicine . Today is my last day on antibiotics i dont have sore throat like i did but lymph soreness is still there which triggers sore throat.
Lymph soreness is basically it feels something is there and get pressed by my jaw bone but when i touch nothing is there no pain .... its not there 24/7 only sometimes when i move my head n my jaw bone moves sometimes i get this soreness otherwise no soreness.... this lymph soreness is sometimes behind the ear, under the jaw bone and sometimes its in the neck beside adams apple. This pain goes to my left ear.
No other symptoms, no fever, no cough, no flu/cold, no chest pain, nothing at all. Only lyumph node soreness tht is felt when i move my neck my jawbone presses something n i feel pain.

What you are feeling is your swollen lymph node that puts pressure enough all round the area you described to be touchy.
The antibiotics should have cleared the actual problem and the lymph node just takes time to go down.  Its purpose is to catch and keep things from spreading.  However, after another week you should let your doctor know that it is still swollen.  He may want to run a few blood test to eliminate other possibilities.
