Spitting up blood..please help
hi, two nights ago i went out and had a lot to drink.i woke up the next morning and i threw up blood.since then i have been spitting it up.it feels like mucous in my throat but it comes out as blood,i feel nauses. also i have some pains in my stomach.Please help i am really nervous about this...Thank you
thanks..i think it was just the blood goin down my throat from the bloody nose, but i am gonna stop drinking for a while
Might be an ulcer. Ulcers get irritated with alcohol and certain foods. See a doctor for a potential ulcer. Not judging you in anyway but alcohol abuse causes this as well. To be fully safe, kick the drinks for a while and see if there is any other flare ups.
Another thing is I also had a nosebleed and I've read that the blood can drip into the throat causin me to spit up the blood.if that is what's causing the blood,how long would it last and how serious would that be? Its been three days and I'm still spitting it up...thank you for your help
