Stomach Problems

I've been experiencing many stomach issues when it come to drinking coffee, eating leafy foods, or eating spicy food. I was told that i had a mild case of Gastritis and that it should go away over time. Ive been dealing with this problem for over a year it sprung up out of no where. Not only do I experience shaking as it has come along I get hot flashes, muscle weakness, sinuses and eyes feel swollen. I have been tested for many thing blood sugar, food allergies, kidneys, liver, heart, lungs, thyroids, everything seems to come back as healthy.  Now it effecting my menstrual cycle i've been to the obgyn and they have tested me for everything and it all has come back that I'm clear. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be.

You should also check into parasite infection or candida infection. They both can cause the problems you have. Taking antibiotics, eating an unhealthy diet of sugar and white carbs. can cause candida to occur. A parasite infection can happen from under cooked meat or through an insect bite or just walking bear foot in the back yard.  My husband and I were diagnosed with IBS about 8 years ago and the doctor just wanted to prescribe medication that did nothing to help us. We later discovered we were sensitive to gluten through an elimination diet. Also the gluten sensitivity happened because we found we had lyme, babesia, mycoplasma and candida. These infections likely happened because our immune system was run down from our poor diet and use of antibiotics. To get back to normal takes a long time if it is ever possible. A strict clean diet, taking probiotics, detoxing, taking anti-candida and anti-parasite supplements can help get things working normal again. It takes time and persistence.

I had similar syptoms four years ago and was diagonsed with diverticulitus
if its bad I have anti biotics but when I feel it coming on I drink peppermint tea especially morning and night and now and again ginger ale. It helps and sometimes I can stop an attack before it comes too bad. I suggest you go back to your doctor and ask to be tested for diverticulitus of Irritable bowl syndrome.Hope this helps
