Strange Symptoms

Hello

I have been experiencing a combination of symptoms for a couple of months, and they seem to me confusing and unrelated.

1) Sometimes feeling like the air is not enough or difficult   breathing.

2) Rarely this happens which is really difficult to describe. Sudden feeling of hot, loss of energy, and as if I'm going to faint, but I still can talk, walk and move, but this causes me to panic and feel exahusted, for a minute.

3) Something like dizyness??? I'm not sure it's not nausea I guess it's feeling like on a boat all the time, not normal feeling.  I don't know if I imagine it and develop a nausea reaction i don't know.

4) Excess/frequent bloating

But I did a blood test since the symptoms started and everything is normal.  The Dr. checked me and said nothing wrong.  My eating habits are normal, no loss of weight.

The real problem now is I'm reacting to any feeling by panic, is it a pani attack? I dunno and I really need your help.

Thanks.

Thanks for your answers.

I'm wondering if a CBC test can help clarify these symptoms, and how can someone tell about the blood test if it's not ok?  I had it once when I felt the first sign of the symptoms a couple of months ago.  Everything was within the ranges except for Monocytes, it's 12, and the doctor told me it's alright if other things are.  What does that indicate?

Its sounds like panic/anxiety to me. Try to stop worrying about it, if all your tests have come back negative. Sometimes the more you think, the more you panic.

Try not to dwell on the symptoms for a few days and see if it makes a difference. Dont think about them again until you notice a new one.

Sometimes you can imagine or be convinced there is something wrong when you are perfectly ok. Try and concentrate on the health you have whenever a negative thought comes into your head and leave the diagnosis to the professionals.

Hope this makes sense and best of luck.

I don't think anxiety can cause bloating, can it?

I would also suggest checking out Candida, as well as toxic mold and lyme disease(and other diseases from ticks). They all have similar symtoms.

Good Luck!

Here's a link to a site that focuses on REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy), a self-help method that's been around since 1955.  REBT is a type of CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and can be used quite effectively, along with slow diliberate breathing (count to 4 slowly... in and out) to help lessen the effects of panic attacks.
