Stretching feeling

I'm 23 and for many years there has been an issue bothering me. A stretching/ pulling feeling in the diaphragm area, under the thorax, this also seems toi affect my chest, where i cannot fully inhale without feeling like something is pushing against my lungs, and further, a pressure on my heart, causing uneven rythm, specifically big heart beats, followed by another, as if it's struggling. Its an issue when im in standing position when my belly is relaxed,  which is why over the years ive adapted in  away that my abs automatically pull the belly in a bit and keep it that way in which case i feel relief and don't the stretching anymore, often having difficulties breathing after the stretching , and so i have lived this way for years with my own ignorance, despite the suffering,  I do feel that as time passes it gets harder, fearing it will only get worse, especially as the pressure goes on my heart.

I'm not sure of the cause, but i have two ideas, one of which includes a gym exercise years ago, heavy lifting specifically, pushing huge weights with legs in an angle while in a laying position, after which my face went pale and my body going numb, and barely feeling legs to walk back and dress up.
or second, being hit hard under the diaphragm area back in school days.

It is my belief that the cause of all this suffering is some kind of tear in that area, but i do not know, perhaps something with peritoneum.

No particular medical history, no surgeries. Now, no medications either, only food supplements. Physically i have always been healthy and no serious infections either.

Regards, Chris.
