exhasuted and light headed

For about a week now, I have been unusually exhasuted to the point that I'm having a hard time getting going and having to force myself to do so (this is unusual for me as I'm a little worker bee and always very busy and productive).  I have soreness across the top of my shoulders which yesterday was running up into my head (this part is gone today), a week ago had the initial work for a crown and for the last 2 or 3 days, my tounge feels as though I've had novicane again that will not totally ware off.  I have some muscle acciness and yesterday when I mowed the lawn, the mower dragged me around like I was a rag doll.  In addition, my reaction time seems to be very slow.  I am a 48 year old woman and relatively good health.
Thank you,

Your symptoms sound like a viral syndrome. Keep yourself hydrated. If your symptoms persist and are accompanied by a fever, you need to see your home physician.
