Sudden pins/needles itching dryness hands/feet

Six months ago I noticed slight pins and needles in my hands and feet at night. It gradually progressed to happening all day and extending to my wrists and ankles and began to itch horribly like a deep down to the bone itch. My hands became intolerable to heat as they sting and burn to any heat. My fingers and the soles of my feet swell in the morning and at night and when my feet swell the soles become so painful I can barely walk. The skin on my hands and feet began drying out and I can apply lotion a hundred times a day and they'll still be dry. The skin under my nails is peeling and my cuticles are drawing up and it's so rough. No outward signs of anything wrong. No rash, fungus, or anything. I went to see my doctor and he asked questions to see if I had Raynaud's. My hands do turn paper white in the cold but not blue (yet). He's referred me to a rheumatologist but has no idea what it is and the wait to see the rheumatologist has proved to be endless. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated. HEELLPP!!!

How old are you? Have you noticed that you are drinking a lot of water? Is it only affecting your hands and feet now?

I am 26. I haven't been drinking any more water than usual. I should've added I am not diabetic. And yes it is in my hands and feet and hasn't spread to my legs or arms. The pins and needles is constant with no relief now.
It sounds a type of eczema that only affects the hands and feet and I believe it is called something like dishyriotic disease. I need to look that up and I will get back with you.
Dyshydrotic disease....ask your doctor to test you for it.

You may have Raynaud's, perhaps initial stages.
Nitric Oxide/Arginine/Citruline  powder has helped my wife with this as they have vasodilation properties.
Cayenne salve also is very helpful. Check for online recipes
You may have to improve your diet and increase your intake of essential fatty acids by consuming more walnuts, olive oil (not heated but drizzled over salads) salmon, flaxseed etc.
As for creams, most of them don't work!
Make sure they contain stearic acid, cholesterol and ceramides which really  help keep your skin moist.
Another great supplement to use  is nigella sativa powder  internally and nigella sativa oil ( 3 coconut oil-1 nigella sativa mix)  topically.
Finally try a wheat and gluten elimination for a few weeks and see if you
experience some improvement.
Best wishes,
Niko
