Swollen tongue me and husband- can't find reason

I have swollen (scalloped tongue) for three weeks. Also my hair is falling out about one month and it happening excessively (both - long and short hair is falling out with roots), I have muscle twiching all over body, especially legs and I have feet cramps. GI disorders are also my problem, but this is from childhood.
Now my husband noticed that he also has scalloped tongue, mild cramps in lower legs. He has loose stools and mild stomach pain.
I have blood work done - everything seems fine.
I don't understand what's happening with us :( I'm desperate.

Have anybody experienced something like this? What was the diagnosis?

Sorry for my English - not native.

Hm.  Well, that's sure tricky that both of you are now having issues.  It's common to have some of this due to hypothyroidism and hopefully they checked for that in your blood work.  Or a nutritional deficit of some sort.  Has your diet changed?

No, our diet hasn't changed. Thyroid hormons are ok.
And how could we both get sudden nutritional deficit?
