To me, it looks like dysidrotic eczema as well. I have it for as long as I can remember. My mom has also developed it over the past few years. They come in little bubbles, sometimes they appear in a circle like yours does.  Mine itch sometimes, sometimes they don't.  I always pop mine, I don't know if you're supposed to.

I was reading about aloe vera gel and its uses.  It contains salicylic acid (like aspirin)  so it helps with pain.  It is also an antiinflammatory and used for psoriasis and canker sores.
After reading this report I may try it on my skin condition too.

I hope you find something that works soon.  I can imagine that your fingers must really hurt something awful.  How terrible.  It must hurt to type, use your phone, and even to hold a pen or pencil.   I'm so sorry...
Hope the aloe vera gel helps.  BTW it has to be the gel and not the juice as there is a difference.
   Wishing you the best.

Really?  I thought it did in the photos I saw.   Do these hurt like blisters?  Do you feel anything like moving around in there?  Some people get fibers (Morgellons) growing under the skin.
I am so hoping that what you have is some type of eczema that can be cured with corticosteroids or cortizone type creams.
My grandson has PRP  Pitiryasis Rubra Pilaris (spelling?).  His skin gets red-orange then peels off.... he gets blisters first.
He was told to use Am-Lactin lotion and to take milk baths to help the sloughing skin.
That being said, perhaps you could try soaking your hands in warm milk.  It certainly wouldn't hurt, and the milk contains lactic acid which is good for the skin.
I hope you find a good dermatologist who can help you.  I've been to four and they can't tell me what's wrong with my skin... :(

To me it looks like Dyshidrotic eczema.  But you really need to see a dermatologist who can prescribe the necessary ointment or drug for you to take.

Sorry this is happening to you.  Must be frustrating and a bit scary.

Wishing you the best - please keep us posted....
