just wanted to let you know that it sounds like you have low potassium.is your skin dry.do you flush easily.whenever i get tingling i know my potassium is low.you need to ask a dr to check it.just a suggestion.
Hello,
There are a few possibilities in you case.First is diabetes mellitus.Pls get your blood sugar evaluated. These tingling sensations also called parasthesias, increased hunger, change in body weight and urination are common in diabetics.Other possibilities may be hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, peripheral vascular disease, peripheral nerve compression, vitamin B12 deficiency ,malnutrition causing low sodium, calcium and vit D deficiency, transient ischemic attack, motor neurone disease, or autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis or lupus erythematosus, fibromyalgia and chrinic fatigue syndrome
I feel that without clinical examination and investigations, diagnosis is tough. So pls consult a physician to rule out the above possibilities.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
