Tingly patch of skin?

So for the past couple of days, I've had this area on my leg that almost constantly feels really tingly. That's the only way I know how to describe it; it doesn't hurt, it's not an itch or rash, there's no red or irritated skin, it looks fine it just feels super weird and it's distracting. It stops tingling when light pressure is applied, like when I put a hand over it. The area is small and like on the front of my left leg a little above where my ankle meets my leg. Again, it doesn't hurt, it's just confusing, distracting, and annoying, and I'd like to know why it's doing this and if it will stop soon.
