If its nit growing, not painful and on the lef side is alike, it is:
1) NO TUMOR! congrats! because it is very unlikely that a tumor grows symmetrically on both sides.
2) most likely a normal anatomical structure like an appendage (hydatide) of your epididymis.
3) not a hydrocele. hydrocele is free fluid in your scrotum, not a lump.
4) if so many docs dont find anything out of ordinary, no other costly examinations (like MRI, PE, biopsies) should be done.
Have a nice monday! ;)

My doctors told me,my lump is calcificat on tunica albuginea and to forget about this.
No one not explained me what is calcificat on tunica albuginea and how i developed this condition.
They just told me this is not same as microlithiasis condition ,which is conected with tumor.
Do you mean calcification of the tunica albuginea?
Yes one small calcification of tunica albuginea size 3mm.what is this calcification?
Calcification in tissue happens when it has had some kind of very small injury or other problem that makes the tissue in that spot uptake dietary minerals in a different way than undamaged tissue does.

I think you are talking about an extra-testicular calcification (also called a  scrotolith or scrotal pearl.) Those are more common than if a calcification were inside your testicle, and also less serious. That is probably why your doctor said not to worry about it.

Here is what a medical paper had to say about scrotoliths:

"They are closely associated with chronic urogenital micro-trauma. In fact a study carried out by Frauscher et al found that the incidence of scrotoliths was nearly 80% in mountain bike riders. Other known sports activities causing scrotoliths include horse riding and equestrian sports. Scrotoliths may also represent loose bodies caused by torsion of the epididymis or testis. ...

"The patho-physiology behind scrotoliths is that repeated trauma or inflammation causes damage to the different layers of soft tissues of the scrotum and spermatic cord, leading to abnormal re-absorption of different minerals such as cholesterol and calcium, resulting in stone formation. Repeated deposition leads to the formation of a calculus resembling a scrotal pearl."

So, if you are into a sport that would cause "micro trauma" to the soft tissues, basically minerals in your system can get absorbed into the area in an irregular way and make a little 'stone.'

Wow thanks to explanation, yes i often ride bycicle, i ask doctor, they said yes this is extra testicular spot, not inside testicle,if i understand good ,tunica albuginea is outside layer/cover of testicle.
He also said this is not multiple calcification in testicles, more danger condition associated with tumors,
I just have one calcified spot on tunica albuginea.
My doctor not tell me for additional follow ups, nothing, just regular self examination,as usually.
I read about scrotal pearls, but i read online, they developed on tunica vaginalis ,not albuginea, but maybe this both layers cloose each other, maybe pearl stone can developed in tunica albuginea.
When i ask doctor how do you know that is calcificstion.
He sad my spot is outside testicle itself and spot is highly  hyperehoic, and that can not be missed.
So im trying to not worry and continue to live normaly, because i done 5 US exams and no body is tell me to do more exams, all docs say same,my testicles are without issues.

I was reading in my Harrison's about testicular tumors.  You might want your doctor to do another blood test to look for AFD and hCG markers.
Sincerely hoping you don't have a cancer...
    Wishing you the best.

for beta hCG a very cheap and quick off label method to test is a pregancy test. Just pee on it. If you are "pregnant" as a man, my condolences...

Hi
I went for a second scan and they noticed a small
Pearl stone on the left side of my testicle, but he couldn't still see the one one the right side if my testicle which I can feel he said ultrasound not pick imaging it up so this is the second scan I've had now with a different radiologist should I stop worrying now that it's testicular cancer as I still feel this small lump and it does feel like the other lump on the opposite side if my testicle the pearl stone? Can you get multiple of these stones

Many times we get benign tumors or lipomas that don't warrant surgery or any treatment.  There are several supplements OTC that can shrink tumors.  Essiac is only one of them.

I wouldn't be too concerned unless the lump hurts or grows.  Evidently, the doctor and the tech aren't concerned.  If you feel it necessary, talk to your doctor about the US results.  At least it will allay your fears.

Wishing you the best.
