Undiagnosed-bulging veins, fatigue, migraines, numbness

I am an early 30s woman, prev pe/dvt factor v. Symptoms: bulging veins while resting, esp at night or after exercising. Esp painful on ankles, tops of feet, tops of knees, elbows, hands, sometimes numb or tingly, cold toes. Left side worse than right . Left arm has a bulge on the forearm periodically. Digits dont seem to work right anymore (putting paperclips on papers or doing anything with small pieces. Red, veiny eyes which are sore (for about a year, allergy pills do not help). Eyesight much worse in past year. Migraines on R side of head mainly, side of head/face goes numb. Fatigue. irregular periods (spot often and now im on day 7!) normal pap, urine (suspected uti since I have to pee all the time lately too!), blood work, neg for R/A & lupus (also have facial butterfly rash), neg diabetes. Had an u/s of legs, neg for clots, but when she did my groin and under L knee, painful. Same with neck when I had a carotid u/s - very painful. They did find a SLIGHTLY enlarged neck node they want to recheck in 1 mo . On way home from u/s last night pain in my L groin so bad I thought id pass out. Painful since. Feel hungover when I wake up every day. Also having a lot diarrhea but ive been told in the past by a GP I likely have ibs. Also my belly hurts right below my ribs in tbe center. Sometimes I have chest pain. Abdominal ct showed nothing. Also had an L spine mri, no bulging discs but dr said it would explain my back pain. Normal sed rate, so dr said its impossible to be vasculitis. D dimers normal too. Dr keeps insinuating anxiety. Am I a hypochondriac? I still get out and do things with my kid, go to work, etc... Im just not like I used to be. I dont feel right. Im nauseous from time to time and ive lost 20 lbs this year, unintentionally. I drink 2 vitamin waters a day and 1-2 diet cokes. Eat pretty healthy. (when I have an appetite). Im ready to agree with the Dr that it's all in my head except my groin hurts so damn bad now and my aching foot keeps mefrom sleeping and my eyes look weird! Also during a migraine a few weeks ago my eye went lazy (like R eye was looking at my nose.) anyone have similar symptoms? Idk maybe it is all in my head... After all the normal tests I feel like a. Idiot and maybe I am just crazy. Dr is doing mri of my head next week. If that's normal I give up I guess. Just live with the pain if this is how it is. Maybe im just gettig old!

Maybe I should just cancel the head mri.  I think my dr's just ordering it to humor me anyway. When I bike my veins pop out over my kneecap (I never used to have any there until 2 months ago. Also elbow veins, ankles, hands mostly protrude at rest or right after exercise) and feel like they're going to explode. I had calf pain (and my usual left toes/bottom of foot pain) all night again and another migraine yesterday. I cut down my diet coke over the past several years (I used to drink 6 a day!) and I quit drinking coffee cuz suddenly it tastes terrible. Maybe cuz of the dry mouth my taste buds are changing? I have heard diet pop can cause various issues but with my increased vitamins and decreased pop usage it seems weird to me that might be causing this. Maybe I should be seeing a shrink to figure out what's causing my mystery anxiety that I doubt I have which my dr keeps Insinuating...

I agree about diet drinks.  If you see a neurologist, that may be the first words out of their mouth.  I don't even drink them and the neurologist told me not to.

Honestly your "IBS" sounds like Celiac disease.  Get tested.  If that is your problem, stopping gluten completely will erase almost all of your problems.  It tends to give you anemia and low vitamin D and B vitamins, so supplements along with the diet are important.  They test for these deficiencies.  The diet becomes a normal way of life, and it's not as hard as it used to be, so don't despair.

I am so sorry you are so sick!  Please stop drinking diet sodas!  You can poison your body with Aspartame!!

Stop eating tomatoes, eggplant, mushrooms or peppers also.  If you have undiagnosed Lupus, they can cause a flare.

Try to alkaline your body with a small amount of baking soda in a glass of water.  Eat sauerkraut and pickles.  It could balance your ph.  - Eat more fruits and vegetables and very little meat - more fish and poultry.

Take probiotics - so important.

These things can all help to balance the body.

I am not a doctor, but I have been able to help myself and rid myself of much pain by following these practices.
