Undiagnosed

Main symptoms:

Constant state of feeling spaced out/numbness/my balance seems off, sometimes feels like I’m going to pass out
Pretty constant nausea
Recently, developed akinesia (where I’m temporarily unable to move for seconds)
Extreme fatigue
Recently developed headaches that sometimes just feel like a burning sensation in spots in my head
Random sharp pains throughout body
All symptoms progressively worsening and becoming more constant over last 5 years, I’m 28

Unsure if this is related:
Recently had a rash on neck
Seem to be developing tinnitus, sound of static (but I work in the music industry so this could just be due to the loud music)

Head and neck MRI were normal a year ago, heart is normal, WBC is low and I have anemia due to low iron but I’m taking iron pills and it isn’t super low currently. I did have a false positive syphilis result.

What should I be testing for? Any clue?

Seen a doctor?  Could be a virus or bacterial infection.

I’ve seen so many over the years and been to the ER countless times due to weird symptoms but no one can give me an answer. Finally scheduled to see an infections specialist but it’ll be after i have my major surgery which has me a little concerned about how I’ll recover
