Unexplained Meatitis

I am a 19 year old male suffering from an inflamed meatus for the past 4-5 months and this is my story. So right after a camping trip in mid may, I returned home and about two days later I started having a burning sensation while peeing. Immediately i thought it must have had been a UTI because one night I had held my pee in very long because i was cold and didn't want to get out of my tent. I also didn't suspect an STD because I hadn't been sexually active for over a month. The doctor took a pee test for a uti and gave me a prescription for it. After about 3 days, the symptoms pain while peeing had been worsening, and it also was painful to ejaculate. I also noticed my urine stream was a split, not two seperate streams but as if someone was pinching the end of a hose. I returned to the doctor and explained my symptoms and was then tested for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and given one time doses to treat those as I awaited the results. After my checkup, and no change in symptoms even after the new antibiotics, I was told that the results came back negative, so l suggested possibly it was maybe trich and he gave me a presciption for metronidazole that and a swab to take to then bring to the hospital. After taking the metronidazole, the symptoms seemed to fade, and I went back to the doctor eventually and he had told me that the results were negative and I would probably have to get a cystoscopy, but then I told him the symptoms had gone away and he ruled that it was probably urethritis and I was out the door thinking it was finally done. A few nights after, being drunk and stupid I took a girl home and had unprotected oral and sex, having urges because I had completely stopped masturbating for the whole month the "urethirits" was going on. The next day my penis looked very slightly irritated and i figured it was just recovering from the night before. Then the next day, there were white spots under my foreskin and irritation on my glans, not having time to wait for a doctor visit because I figured it was urgent, I went to the emergency and saw a doctor. She examined my penis and said it was balanitis from a yeast infection and to apply canasten a bit of polysporin. I did this and the yeast infection went away, however being worried about std's I had talked to the girl and she assured that she was clean, so I figure it could have been from all the antibiotics I was taking and it removing the good bacteria on my penis to fight off candida. However, after it cleared up, I noticed my meatus seemed puffy and there seemed to be a small bump on one of the lips, and I was still experiencing a bit of an irregular stream which confused me if it had been like that before or after the "urethritis". So I went and saw my GP and he examined my penis and figured it might have been yeast(I asked if it was herpes or hpv and he seemed very doubtful), so he gave me a Topical cream with 1% hydrocortisone and clomitraderm, which seemed to sort of make it better but didn't eliminate it. After the 3 weeks of using it i stopped as instructed to, and it was still the same puffy and slightly irritated looking as before. So as he was out of town I saw another gp to ask what to do and he referred me to a urologist, and I suggested maybe flucanzole because I had been doing a lot of researching as it was starting to eat away at my life. The flucanzole tablet did nothing, and I went and saw my normal gp again to ask about the referral, and he then examined my glans again and said he wasn't quite sure but he really didn't think it was anything to worry about. So I got a call from the urologist office and I won't be seen until October 12th which is very annoying because that's about half a year since this all started. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be?

Side notes:
-about three weeks ago I started getting sharp pains that would last 3-10seconds randomly during the day which almost felt like there were up my ***, which would maybe be my prostate? And sometimes pain by my groin which felt like maybe my bladder. Also at the same time, i started not being able to completely empty my bladder, having to rush back to the bathroom about 3 minutes after pissing to re empty the rest of my urine, which would sometimes be a significant more amount of pee. Thankfully that only lasted for about a week and no longer happens.
-although the tip of the glans sometimes looks irritated, and almost always the meatus, there is not really and physically symptoms like pain or itchyness
-after peeing I always have a bit of dripping of pee that I basically have to massage out and dab onto toilet paper, which could be irritating my meatus further.
-after ejaculating(which I now try to masturbate only once a week or less) I always pee and shower, because if not my urethea basically gets glued shut by the sperm that won't fully come out.
-it seems to become more irritated after peeing or sex(I'm using protection and with a steady partner right now) or masturbating, and sometimes it seems almost like it's not there, but it always comes back.
- the swelling/irritation of the meatus/glans changes within a matter of hours/ and doesn't last full days and it's basically always different.
-i put extra virgin coconut oil on the tip of my Penis usually once or twice a day to soothe and irritation(there is no pain or itchiness just aesthetically, which general helps a bit.

I am hopeful the ureologist will be able to diagnose this properly and cure it, however I am pessimistic as I have seen many other issues similar to mine that have all gone unsolved. If any of you have any information that could help, please let me know.

I am also very aware that this could be meatal stenosis from the "uretheritis" however, could Meatal stenosis cause those symptoms ?
