Unknown illness please help

Hello I'm in desperate need of help figuring out what's wrong with me.
Iv been struggling with attacks that have some odd symptoms for 4 years undiagnosed. These attacks can occur sometimes months apart some times days and even every night for a week.

So what's happening during attack is as follows;

Ever once in a while In the early morning hours between 3-5 I get onset mild pain & stiffness that starts in the middle of my back and gets progressively worse fast and as episode continues the pain then wraps around my rib cage and into my sternum it feels like stiffness at first in back but as it wraps it starts feeling like being crushed & my belly feels very bloated & full, it's also accompanied by belching and if pain gets to bad it results in painful projectile vomiting not of acid though normally just bile or my dinner.
During episode i also cannot find comport in sitting, or laying I can't sit still I just pace the floor in agony nothing relieves the attack and attacks can last up to 4 hours or more.
Episodes have been so bad iv been admitted into the ER several times because I thought I was having heart attack.
The frustration is that every drs iv seen says something different from being related to my endometriosis to Costochondritis, Musculoskeletal, acid reflux "though I don't have acid coming up or burning in my throat"  and pretty much the list goes on and on but none of the treatments helped leading me to believe that they have no clue..
In the end I was just given localized pain injections & 2 hydrocodone acetaminophen 5-325 to take at onset of episode and this seems to stop it from progressing into full blown attack. However I don't wanna live off these pain killers they have nasty side effects and can lead to bigger problems & addiction.. So I try my best to not use them however some attacks are so severe that even the pills don't work.

It has gradually worsened over the past couple of years with each attack a new symptom occurs.
Originally it was just stiffness in back and chest pain like feeling of being hugged to tightly but just taking ibuprofen and laying on heating pad would resolve it.. From there I had to use more pain killers heating pad & back massager then soon pain was so bad vomiting occurred witch seems to help oddly enough.. And soon as far as medication nothing worked at all except pain injections.
So please I beg you someone out there please help me bc this is no way to live.

I am also getting a few strange symptoms similar to you, I have ben to the med cenetrs who find nothing, I am also getting rashes and itching head...after much searching I have come to the conclusion that its something in what they are spraying, in CA we are bombarded with aerial spraying, its the program to dim the sun and they spray alluminium to do that ..if you look up you will see it all. check it out

I think you are having gallstone attacks.  You need an ultrasound of your gallbladder to check for stones.  If there are no stones you need a HIDA scan with CCK.  Don't let them push you into an expensive CT scan, which is just full of radiation that you don't need, and is not a better study.

Hello~

I am sorry you are experiencing all this pain. My first thought was you should see a chiropractor. He/she can help with many of the pain issues you are having. They could very well be due to costochondritis, and other back issues, but, nothing will help if that is the case but some chiro treatments. He/she will take x-rays and be able to pin-point exactly what is going on.

I hope you feel better soon.
God bless you.
