Unusual Rash/Infection on anus

This has been going on for about two years now. It appeared 2 days after sleeping with a new partner. Its basically open sores that appear very frequently, roughly once a week if not more, around the outside of my anus. I have been blood tested for herpes several times and it has came back negative every time. What could this be?

Sometimes its very itchy and it burns alot of the time guessing because there open wounds. Im not sure how to post a picture on this site but I do have photos of it.

Has a doctor actually looked at it? If not, it's time for that.

Are you straining with bowel movements? It could be hemorrhoids. It could also be a fungal infection, an allergic reaction to toilet paper, soap, wipes, or anything at all that comes into contact with the area, including your underwear (dyes, fabrics, etc.)

We don't need to see a pic of it, but keep the pics for your doctor.
