Vaginal Spots

Recently, i've noticed some spot-like lumps on my vaginal area, near the entrance area. They don't hurt, and they're not itchy but i had a look through using a mirror/photo's and at one point, one looked like a blood blister but the rest are just lumpy. i tried squeezing to see whether they were actually spots and whether stuff was coming out but nothing.
i HAVE had unprotected sex with men, so i'm wondering if it could be an STD - hoping not. but if anyone has any idea as to what it could be, or what to do, i'll appreciate your advice.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The spots could be fungal or bacterial infection or enlarged Bartholin glands. They could also be due to STD. Hence get a complete STD panel and a vaginal swab cultured. Please consult a gynecologist. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
