Vertigo, spinning sensation when move upon waking

What had happened was:
went to sleep, woke up from a nightmare with cold sweats, change positions and spinning sensation hit, laying down helped but when I tried to move the world spins, after 20 mins I can get up, I go to the bathroom and about to have a panic attack, trembling because I am scared, head hurts, bad acid reflux, IBS hits, feel better.... 2 hrs later go back to bed, lay down and start to sleep, son crys, lift head and world spins again, this time ears clog and pain deep in right ear.
I felt the need to explain myself with lots of commas because it would have taken me 2 paragraphs to write it out. Today my head hurts like tightness on top of scalp. I have had anxiety. I am scared to go to sleep. My husband works nights tonight so that doesn't help. I have never ever felt that dizzy before. I was close to calling 911 but it lightened up, Thank God.
This years medical history has been wierd:
2-10 I have hypothyroidism and went for a  check up becuase I was feeling very bad. I was depressed, thyroid normal, but wbc high.
4-10 Went back to dr, re take bw, wbc still high.
5-10- wbc sill high
6-10- culture done on blood, normal, wbc still high. referred to hematologist
6-10- hematologist, wbc finally normal,but rbc close to being low and wbc close to being high. says for pcp to "keep an eye on it" .
Haven't seen a dr since. I AM stressed, buying house soon.

Thanks for the help. I am going to get a netti pot today! I still feel lightheaded and ears still hurt and feel clogged. Its not a constant thing, more of an intermitten thing. I can handle pain, but I can't stand feeling lightheaded. I have 2 more days of zpak.

It deffinately does sound like a severe sinus infection. Make sure you drink lots of clear fluids. Also there is an over the counter medication called Musinex and it works wonders for sinus problems. A saline sinus rince will help. If you do it even when you aren't ill it can help prevent a recurrence of you sinus infection and it will help with the swelling.

I saw a Dr. at the local Urgent Care yesterday. He felt my face, looked at my ears and throat, had me stand eyes closed, palms out, and asked a few quesitons. He came to the conclusion of sinusitis with fluid in both ears. I had a low fever and bp was high for me, 137/90. I am usually 120/70. I will admitt I have been anxious and I know anxiety makes bp raise.
He gave me a Zpak. So I will see how this does, hopefully he's right and I feel better soon. I mean, I am still lightheaded and ears still hurt. If its still going on I will go to an ENT.

I would go and see a different doctor. You have all these symptoms and he or she didn't do anything for you. You could have some time of infection or parasite. I would go to see an internist or an infectious disease specialist. You need to see a specialist of some kind, especially with all these symptoms.

Actually yes, I forgot to mention a VERY important factor. I had severe headaches for  few months, from Jan-March. March I went to the ER because I had such bad head and facial pain. They gave me antibiotic and pain meds and said I had sinusitis. I followed up with my thyroid dr who drew the bloodwork that came back with a high wbc. I felt BETTER. But that face pain and the headaches have returned. I don't have any drainage. I didn't have any then either.  
My ears are clogged and one hurts, my face hurts, head feels tight, and thats it.

It was one of the most horrible feelings I have ever felt. I am so anxious about sleeping tonight, I don't know if I can. I think I will be calling the dr in the morning.

YOU KNOW IDK-BUT HAVE YOU BEEN CHECKED FOR SINUS INFECTION AND INNER EAR INFECTION?  I HAVE A HISTORY OF SEVERE SINUS INFECTS. AND EAR INFECTS. AND UR SYMPTOMS SOUND SIMILAR TO MINE AND THE "REFLUX" COULD DE ACTUALLY NAUSEA DUE TO THE FLUID INSIDE UR EARS AND INFECT. IN UR SINUSES.  DR. CAN RUN MRI AND LOOK AT UR HEAD THAT'S WHAT MINE DID.  GOOD LUCK=)
