Agree with crackerjack. If it continues for much longer you will need to go to a doctor/hospital to make sure you can get some fluids and nutrients into your body via a drip (IV).

In some immune reactions to severe bugs/infections the body will force itself to fast by rejecting any intake whatsoever. When a person's body fasts it produces higher white blood cells, which fight off infections. This happened to me in my first days of falling ill with a severe case of a "glandular fever" strain. I'm not saying you have glandular fever though. You may just be having a strong reaction to some sort of 'bug' in your body.

Are you having any fevers? Sore throat? Swollen glands anywhere? Were you weak only after you began vomiting or beforehand as well?

I'd go back to your doctor as soon as possible, or another doctor, and tell them your body is also rejecting the pills, rejecting all fluids, all food and that your feeling really weak. Also tell them of any other unusual symptoms you might be having, or have had recently. You will probably need a blood test or two to check for the cause.

Hope you get better soon.

Maybe get a blood test done to see if you're PG. Sometimes the home ones don't work well for people. BUT if it's not that the I agree with crackerjack4u2. I just had one done.  wasn't vomiting, but felt sick alot.

If you are not pregnant or do not have the flu.  You need to return to your doctor because you are probably now getting dehydrated from the vomiting and you may need IV fluids. The doctor may need to run a CT scan, Ultrasound, or Upper and lower GI test to see what's going. Your doctor may also refer you to a GI doctor who may need to do an EGD-Esophagogastroduodenoscopy to look at your stomach through a tube to make sure you don't have a blockage-this will only be done if all the other noninvasive tests don't show them what they need to see to make a diagnoses and get you to stop vomiting.  Good Luck
