Vomiting toddler, no other symptoms

I have a 2yr old daughter and for the past 2 weekes she's been vomiting right around bedtime approximately every other night. She had an upper respiratory infection but with that she also had a fever and a really bad cough. She finished her antibiotics and everything else is fine now but she is still vomiting. Just before it happens she'll start to cry really hard (very unlike her) so I think it's hurting her but once she's thrown up it's like she's okay again. Her doctor doesn't know what it might be since she has no other symptoms and during the day she's fine. She hasn't been eating anything new so I don't think it's allergies and she's drinks milk with her lunch in the afternoon so I don't think she's lactose intolerant. She was born premature so I don't know if maybe something is wrong with her immune system but she's my first and only and its really upsetting to see her this way. I'm worried it's something horrible so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reflux would be my guess as well.  Get it checked by your pediatrician--
Good luck.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter has the same problem from time to time. I give her antacid at the first sign of trouble, and also still give her mylecon (baby gas-x) from if she seems to have a tummy ache. You could have her evaluated for reflux.
