WORRIED - Dizziness, Nausea, Neck Pain, Stomach Pain, Often too tired to get up - What is it?

I'm normally a very healthy person, hardly get ill. Except recently i've been having stomach pains and indegestion quite often - every few days - sometimes i will urinate 4 or 5 times in an hour even if i'm not drinking anything. I also often experience whole days when i am very tired, to the point when i can hardly walk. I get dizzy spells and nearly faint everytime i stand up; this happens once or twice a fortnight. I have a bad back/neck so i thought this might explain the headaches, but it dosn't. I always get neck pains and pains in my head at the top of my neck, like a dull ache and sometimes a stabbing pain behind my ear - mainly right. doctors have said ear infection, vertigo etc. but nothing has helped. Any ideas?

Thanks

I have had all the symptoms that WonderingGirl has had.
I have been to many many doctors all over in the state of illinois and other states. At first with the pain they thought it was kiddney stones and then they found the infection and thought uti i recieved many antibiotics and none worked. I then recieved a nausa mediciane that is normaly givin to patiants on chemo, so that i could eat. I have had many more tests and still nothing works this has lasted for 9 months I will also *** that I am a 19 yr old female. I was always in very very good health rarely to the doctor untill college.

I have had similar symptoms for about 4/5 months now.
It started off suddenly one day with sudden extyreme flushing of the face and stomach cramps and slight feveruish feeling. It then carried on since then. Now I get flushing, fatigue and stomeach cramps from the moment I weake up till when I go to bed....everyday.

I have been seeing a doctor who claims that I have siomehting called Seborrheic Dermatitis caused by stress. This doesnt explain the tiredness or the stomach cramps. Besides which, the medication I have been taking for about 5 months hasn't worked in the slightest in fact it has gotten worse. I thought it could be anxiety but I am not so sure anymore.

I am a 24 male leading a healthy life (other than I smoked until about a week ago) . I eat well and excercise regularly.
I have never had any health problems up till now (physical or mental).

for 2 months I did excessive excercise everyday and the symptoms almost totally went away...I had 3 weeks of nearly no symptoms. But then work etc etc meant i was unable to carry on my excercise and the symptoms came back worse than before. Was it a coincidence that the symptoms went after the excercise?

Anyway, any advice would be much appreciated.

I'm in the middle of a struggle too.  A month ago I started with dizziness, a feeling of falling and nausea.  A few days later it was full Vertigo and vomiting that lasted for 3 more days.  I thought I would die.  Doctors thought I had a UT infection or GI infection and gave me antibiotics, when the Vertigo got worse they gave me steroids and an anti-nausea med that seemed to help but I had persistent dizziness and occasional vertigo for 3 weeks after.  I saw an Ear Nose and Throat Doc that gave me a diuretic but it didn't seem to help.  All of my blood work and urinalysis was normal.  Finally we went to a homeopathic doctor than gave me a remedy and I was much better a day later.  He has since given me a second remedy and I thought I was really better, until 2 days ago.

My symptoms overall were: Vertigo, Vomiting, Nausea, Weakness, Dizziness, Dry Mouth, Stomach discomfort and shaking, Constipation, Sensitivity to light/sound and Cold Sweats.  At no time have I had a fever.  Also, I could not read or look at anything close to my face.  It was awful.
I'm better now, but still struggling with mild symptoms.  The Vertigo has not returned but in the last 2 days the dizziness is back just a little and my stomach feels really uncomfortable and I'm burping a lot (which is really abnormal for me).

I still have no diagnosis.  It's possibly Meniere's Disease, Labyrinthitis, BPPV, a virus... who knows?  I've always been a very healthy person, so this really came out of nowhere.

I really feel your pain if you are suffering with the same symptoms.  Who knew that vertigo could be so unbelievably frightening and unpleasant?  It's truly terrifying.

If anyone has thoughts, please share them.

It could also be Lyme disease...find a lyme specialist or one of the lyme foundations...most doctors dont know how to test for it properly, there are a lot of false negatives.

So the lack of hormones was an issue for me, the stress of the confusing awful feelings made me have neck and back pains from worry.. message me I will tell you more I cant say here.. Very unpleasant.

Mould sounds a good thought, could also be infection-have they done any ANAs? Might be worth thinking about autoimmune too.

Hope you get well quickly.

I too am having these symptoms and found this site through a google search for the symptoms.  For about 3-4 weeks I've had neck pain, lower back pain, nausea, some stomach pain, and general tiredness or lack of energy.  I have been traveling a fair amount for my job and attributed it to that but I'm not sure.   It seems the nausea is a result of the pain... when I move a certain way and feel the pain, I get nauseous right afterward.

try having your home tested for mold.  Sounds crazy but a lot of your symptoms sound likje mycotoxicosis, this is the term for mold poisoning form stachybotrys.  I found out too late that our home had it and almost lost one of my children.  It is more than just respiratory problems that mold causes

I've been having the same symptomes as you for 5 months now... like you, doctors dont seem to know whats causing it. I thought i had gallstones (unusual for a petit 24 year old but my "attacks" always start in the gallblader) but Ive been tested for that and there was nothing. Also had tests done for blood sugar, diabetes, liver function, blood clot (by lung), kidney stones plus an ultrasound on my entire abdomen.  Tests have shown nothing thus far.  I am seeing a specialist in a month or so - I'll let you know if I figure it out.

If you have any new info on diagonsis/treatment please let me know!

I would get your liver checked out. Your symptoms sound like they could be liver related. Have your liver enzymes checked out. Any possibility you could have been exposed to hep a b or c? I'd get tested, very often people find out they have it by suprise.

Hi, have you had tests for your blood sugar levels?  The frequent urination could be a sign of diabetes.  Hope you feel better real soon.
