An ovarian cyst can cause your leg to hurt, but doubtful on the arm and swelling of your limbs.  I've had a DVT before in my left thigh, post operatively, and let me tell you, it hurts.  Your leg will be hot to the touch, swollen and reddish purple.  I've had 2 reocurrances in the same leg since the original, and the pain is always the same.  The skin will be pulled so tight and shiney that can hardly bend your knee.  If you have symptoms like this, seek emergency care.  However,I would really check with your doctor anyway to rule out other causes.
