Weak, shaky, terrible sweating

Lately I've been having spells where I feel weak, shaky, and I sweat horribly.  Sometimes it lasts for hours.  It's definitely not low blood sugar, even tho it feels exactly like it.  I'm a diabetic, so I check my blood sugar whenever it happens.  It's usually in the normal range, sometimes a little high.  Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Are you on insulin?  And if so, how long after injections do you feel like that?  I'm wondering if your sugar was fairly high, then you injected, maybe the drop down to normal could make your body feel low.

Also, have you changed your diet recently?

No, it's definitely not a blood sugar issue.  I've been a diabetic for 57 years, and. I check 8-10 times a day.

What is that?  I tried to google it, But I didn't find anything.
Hyperhidrosis
No, I'll have to mention it to my doctor.  That doesn't really explain the weakness and shakiness, tho.

Have you called your doctor to let them know what you are experiencing?  Are you on any medications for your diabetes?
