Weakness, no appetite, bruises, mouth sores, pain in bones, toothache, any help?

I'm 16 years old, and I've been feeling a bit weird lately. Could anyone help me with this?

- Weakness/fatigue (I've been very tired, my muscles constantly feel like they've just run a marathon)
- Loss of appetite (I can eat 5 dried apple rings and feel too full for anything else)
- Unexplained bruises (I have 1 brownish/purplish bruise on my right upper arm, 1 under my elbow and 1 on my leg from a cricket ball)
- Mouth sore (I have a weird bumb thing on my tounge and something's happening with my lower lip)
- Pain in my bones (Last year my coach presumed that it was shin splints, now the same injury is back again this year. It's mainly on the left, starts out when I start training, gets worse and then gets a bit better when I stop. Pain is mainly located on the inside of the leg, closest to the right leg)
- Tiredness (Even when I sleep for 7 hours as opposed to 6 or 6 1/2 I still feel tired. I need to drink Red Bull before I can properly wake up and stay awake. I know that 6 hours isn't enough, but I don't have time to sleep longer)
- Weird feeling in my abdomen, below my stomach (I can't explain it, it feels almost tingly, but it's uncomfortable)
- Toothache, but not often
- Unusually short of breath. I'm relatively fit, but lately I've been struggling for breath after climbing stairs. Sometimes I can't hold a conversation after reaching the top.
- Severe headache for a few minutes. Generally right at the front of my head. It feels atrocious for a few minutes, then subsides.

I have recently started training for cricket again, which explains the bruise on my lower leg, but I can't explain the rest.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Extreme fatigue could be due to anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, or due to kidney or liver problems. Another possibility is sleep disturbances (like sleep apnea, imbalance of rapid eye and non rapid eye movement sleep etc.). You may sleep your customary 7-8 hours and yet feel fatigued. You need sleep studies to rule this out. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Other possibilities are chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, low Vit b12, low iron, low calcium, sodium and potassium. Hyperthyroidism too causes increased sweating and tiredness.   If you are not on any medications like birth control pills then bruising could be due to clotting disorders, low platelet count, fragile spider veins, deep vein thrombus or liver disorders.  A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please consult your doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
