Weird Headaches

It started when I was 11 years old. It felt as if my brain was vibrating, and my eyes with it. Now at 21 years, it is no different. I normally feel it when I do not get enough sleep. When I close my eyes to stop it from vibrating, it sometimes feels like my brain is teetering to the left and right or forward and back. Other times, it feels as if my brain is literally set on vibrate but not teetering. When my eyes are open, it feels as if they're shaking from left to right even though I'll be focusing on an object. It doesn't hurt, just very uncomfortable. I feel it on the top of my head and if I shake my head quick enough it'll sometimes go away. When it happens, I feel very lightheaded and I'd have to lay down. I've already set an appointment with my doctor and am just nervous at what they might say. I guess I'm posting here so I won't be surprised. My question is, is there anyone else out there who has experienced this too? Does anyone have an idea as to what this might be?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Look into the mirror and see if you can see the eyeballs shaking. If yes, then this can be nystagmus or repetitive eye movement. The head could be nodding is due to head compensating for a nystagmus. The other possibility is an essential tremor. Repeated head nodding or tremor can cause headache.
Other than this it can be high blood pressure, migraine or benign intracranial hypertension.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral to eye specialist and neurologist.
Take care!
