Odd raised red dots on face

I’ve had a slightly bumpy red dots on my face for over a year, and have visited a dermatologist two or three times for it. Every time they just give me a stronger prescription of retinA, or offer my antibiotics. I don’t think it’s acne, as it’s not raised as much as acne, and if it wasn’t so visible I would not know it was there.

Go to Google Images and search for petechiae-do the results resemble yours? After I had the measles I was left with petechiae over my neck/collarbone.
