Weird neurological symptoms, fear degenerative diseases

Saw my neuro today. He didn't seem worried, but I was there because new symptoms have appeared.

I've got:
- Myclonic jerks (muscle jerks) for 1,5 years. Have not gotten worse.
- Random pains in legs and arms
- Feeling of weakness and shaking in arms. Especially when reaching for something and eating/drinking.

Last year I had an EEG made to rule out epilepsy, it was normal. But I didn't have any muscle jerks during the test, and I worry it's a false negative.

I got a referral to a MRI for "my peace of mind". I'm obviously worried about what it'll show. I'm turning 23 in a couple of months, and yes, I know I have health anxiety.

You have suspected a few diseases over the years when you think something is wrong, so I agree that you have health anxiety. Also, once you got a normal vitamin D reading but posted that it seemed high to you and it was making you very anxious. This must be agony to live with fear for long periods of time.
What have you done about your health anxiety? Have you tried therapy?
