Hello~I suggest you see a chiropractor. It appears to me like you have some pinched nerves and mis-aligned vertebrae in your neck and upper back. The chiropractor will take some x-rays and read them, after that he will go over them with you and discuss a treatment plan. After a few adjustments, you should start to feel better.
You also may have a temporal Mandibular Joint issue, again, most chiropractors can help with that as well, and if not, will refer you to a dentist that can. Here are some of the symptoms it can cause:
•Pain or tenderness of your jaw.
•Pain in one or both of the temporomandibular joints.
•Aching pain in and around your ear.
•Difficulty chewing or pain while chewing.
•Aching facial pain.
•Locking of the joint, making it difficult to open or close your mouth.
It can also cause others as well.
I hope you feel better soon.
