The cause of your discolored or pale skin is anemia.
Vitamin D deficiency can be caused by conditions that result in little exposure to sunlight. These conditions include: living in northern countries; having dark skin; being elderly or an infant, and having little chance to go outside; and covering one's face and body.
Causes of vitamin B12 deficiency include Parasites or bacteria in the small intestine, Crohn's disease (a type of inflammatory bowel disease), Damage to the pancreas, liver or stomach or eating a veg diet.
Regarding HDL, Normal Adult Range: 35 - 135 mg/dl.It might be that you are taking low fat, more carbohydrate diet.
Take a healthy balanced diet containing fats, proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. Adhere to the multivitamins that your doctor has prescribed and you should be fine.
In case the symptoms still persist then pls consult a hematologist.
