What could be the cause of random swelling and spraining of joints

I have had random swelling and sprains since 2/2017. In February, my right arm went numb for about three months. Mris were done of my brain and neck to rule out ms, and the test was normal. In September, I sprained my sacroiliac joint with no known cause which placed me out of work for two weeks. In November and December, my left ankle baca me swollen and I sprained a muscle in my chest, again with no known cause. Tests for lymes, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus were all negative. Move on to thcurrent day, and my left elbows ligaments are immflamed and again there is no known cause. Does anyone know something that could be causing this wpthat I have not been tested for? I am 28 years old, am 135 pounds and have an office job so I am not exerting myself much during a normal day.
