Maybe has large ovarian cyst and/or endometriosis and/or some internal bleeding and dead tissue from a previous surgery. She's bleeding and that's been going on for awhile and that's why she's weak and confused. Take her to the emergency room and she may need a blood transfusion and then a hysterectomy. Then she'll get better.

Please post blood work results including units of measurement and lab reference ranges.
She needs to stay well hydrated with ample spring water.and replenish electrolytes.
Coconut water works very well to replace electrolytes.
Dehydration is a serious imbalance with many unwanted consequences, likely a lot more than what most people think. Just do a search and see that many of her symptoms could be explained just by this!
Peri-menopausal hormonal changes may explain the
bleeding, however it is good that she'll be seeing the gynecologist soon.
She could  have nutritional & mineral deficiencies, which should be thoroughly investigated.
Best wishes,
Niko

I uploaded a copy of the blood work in my photos are U able to see them or no?
Yes.
I couldn't find anything remarkable
in the lab reports.
The below range MPV in not a concern since slightly elevated or decreased MPV values if the rest of the CBC is normal are usually not considered significant  by clinicians & doctors.
I would recommend she gets Vitamin
D and Methylocobalamin B12 (MMA test- not standard test which only shows cobalamin levels) checked.
Also it important to rule out hypothyroidism type 1 and type 2 (thyroid resistance) by getting Free T3, Free T4 and Reverse T3 tests
Finally,  if she has low tissue magnesium(not serum) it could be a serious concern.
In lieu of testing which is complicated in conventional medicine, I would suggest she does a trial of transdermal  Magnesium Oil,
which is magnesium chloride flakes
diluted in water and mixed about 50/50 (volume) and sprayed on the body, left on for 20-30 minutes and then rinsed off.  Use every other day.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Best regards,
Niko
