What is causing my massive acne breakout and tingly toes?

I am experience a severe acne breakout on my forehead which is now very oily. It is mainly across the forehead, on my eyebrows, in between my eyebrows and on my temples. My feet are sometimes very warm or tingly toes or both. I also noticed a mustache, and one hair growing in my chin. I’ve never had acne issues let alone oily skin. This all happened in the past 4 months and keeps getting worst. In May I took a morning after pill, and I also took another earlier January and last year October. I think my hormones are out of whack. After taking that pill in May I had a month long period and a change in diet where my sugar intake signinficantly increased and the acne got severe. In an effort to cure this I took a liver detox in supplement form along with Red clover tea which decreased the acne. I also took a high dose of vitamin c (Camu Camu powder) and immediately felt the tingles along my body. I have stopped all supllementations and I am now only experiencing the tingles in my feet. The acne has gotten worse along with the facial hair. What could be causing this and how can I fix this? I will go to the doctor but I would really like some help first understanding this. Thank you in advance.
