What is causing pressure bridge of nose and random pulses of sinus pain?

Help guys I have had this weird tickle in my right side of nose and tickle. It has now changed into a pressure in the bridge of my nose. It doesn't really hurt but feels like a wave or pulsing pressure that worsens throughout the day. In the morning it's great and almost not there but as the day goes on it comes back. Been like this for about 4 weeks now. Doctor said maybe allergy which provided antihistamines for and didn't do anything.

I have no congestion or any other problems beside this pressure and occasionally random mild pulse of pain in my sinus region and back of head. It doesn't hurt but more so pressure. Could it be a brain tumor? Had normal check up nothing out of ordinary. Also maybe related but I get sort of the same pressure when wearing reading glasses. But now pressure is there about 60 percent of when I'm awake. What could cause this and is serious?

Hello~I don't think it is serious, it sounds to me like a form of sinusitis, it could also be due to possible eye strain.

My suggestions: See an eye doctor, and, see a chiropractor, you may have some mis-aligned vertebrae in your neck, this can sometimes cause those feelings as well.
